Click on the "Welcome Form" to begin enrollment. This will bring you to Jotform, an app we use for electronic signatures. Once you fill out this form a member of our admin team will send you an email with the remainder of the forms.

PLEASE NOTE: The Welcome Form does not guarantee your child a spot, unless you receive an invoice asking for  registration fee or a hold fee. Once payment is made in full, then your child's spot is secure.
